Shipping policy

  • If you ordered a keepsake item, the address to ship your inclusions to will be sent to you after an order has been placed.
  • We are not responsible for any errors from USPS or any other carrier/business including lost packages.
  • Make sure to include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package with your inclusions.
  • Please make sure to mail any inclusion to us Priority Express with a tracking number so we can make sure they arrive quickly and safely.
  • Once you have the tracking number, please email us your name and order numbers to flappyhandscreations@gmail.com with Subject: “Tracking for Order # ___________ so we know to watch for your package. It’s very important to me to let you know when your package arrives and is safe with me so you have that reassurance and security.
  • Turnaround time may fluctuate depending on influx of orders and my medical needs at the time. I’m autistic with moderate support needs and other medical needs. I try my best to keep all customers aware and updated when there’s any changes to the turnaround time but please be aware, a lot of things may be out of my control. Please be patient and don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
